LITTLE ANGELS RETURN,EXCHANGE and cancellation policy
Return / Exchange criteria
Exchange:
You can exchange your product for a different size if it is available.
Only one exchange per customer is allowed.
The product shall be a inch or two loose or tight even if the custom measurements are given because every product has a different fitting criteria so we provide margins for the same so no return or exchange will be provided in the case.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges.
Please inform us via email within 24 hours of delivery to initiate the exchange process.
If the desired size is unavailable, we are not responsible for making it available, and you will need to proceed with a return and pay applicable restocking fees as per our policy. Please note the standard sizes are only available for limited options of styles only.
Returns:
- A restocking fee of 15% or 30% (depends on the invoice amount) will be charged from the actual invoice amount, after adjusting shipping charges.
2.We do not offer refunds, but we will issue store credit
3.Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
4.Once the returned product is inspected and there is no fault, we will issue store credit that can be used within 60 days
- We do not return or exchange any product which has an added customisation like a sleeve or a dupatta.
- Products which are made in customised sizes will also not be returned or exchanged.
- If we receive a worn or used product no refund will be issued and the product will also be destroyed
- Any accessories or shrugs, inner wears, shoes are not exchangeable and non refundable.
- Any items purchased under promotional offer or any discount coupon more than 15 percent are not eligible for return or exchange
The products which are sold internationally which is outside India are not eligible for return or exchange
WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF REQUESTING RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1.All return requests should be notified first on email support@littleangelsclothing.in within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the items with the order number, reason for return, with supporting images and videos. Our customer service team would look into your email within the next 12 working hours and check on the same. We will not accept any returns which is not approved by our customer service team and the return will be denied from taking or if taken will be destroyed and not shipped back .
2.All eligible returns once approved on email by our customer service team member should reach our warehouse within 5-6 days from the date of receiving the product.
3.We do not have a reverse pickup facility. Once acknowledged by the team, please send the product back to us yourself. Please do not forget to take acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. Little angels will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
4.We should receive the traceable mail from the customer having tracking number, courier company slip, and order number within strictly 48 hours of receiving the email confirmation from our team
5.Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel
6.We charge restocking fees from 15% to 30% criteria based on the original MRP, and the same is deducted from the amount of store credit after deducting shipping.
7.As a policy, we do not provide a refund on return. We provide store credit for all eligible returns to be used within 60 days and can be redeemed for any purchase only at littleangelsclothing.in
8.We issue store credit for eligible returns for a validity to be strictly used within 60 days (counted from the date of issue and email sent) by our official email support@littleangelsclothing.in
9.The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by little angels clothing and accepts the decision regarding the cancellation/returns/store credit.
10.We will not increase the timeline of store credit in any case. There won’t be any reminders from little angels clothing on timelines. It is the customer's responsibility to use the store credit on time.
- Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to Little angels clothing mentioned warehouse address.
What is restocking fees and why is it charged ?
At our company, we value our customers' satisfaction and understand that returning products can be inconvenient. To ensure transparency, we would like to provide you with a clear explanation of our restocking fee policy.
We believe in open communication and encourage customers to double-check any doubts or uncertainties with our customer service team before making a purchase. This helps prevent the need for returns and ensures that you have a better understanding of the product you are buying.
As a small business, we face unique challenges and limitations. Unlike larger corporations with extensive resources, we cannot absorb the additional costs incurred when a product is returned. Our products are carefully made-to-order, and when an item is returned, we bear expenses for restocking, repackaging, and potentially remaking the product to sell it again. Therefore, we have implemented restocking fees on eligible returned products to help cover these costs.
Here are some important details regarding our restocking fees:
- Our restocking fees are charged at 15% for items with a value below INR 8,000 and 30% for items with a value above INR 8,000.These fees are calculated based on the original MRP (Maximum Retail Price) of the product. However, deductions are made from the actual amount paid after any applicable discounts, along with shipping and any other additional charges, if applicable.
- We want to emphasise that these restocking fees are necessary for us to sustain our small business operations and provide you with high-quality products. By implementing restocking fees, we can continue offering exceptional products and services without compromising our commitment to customer satisfaction.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a order is placed it can only be canceled within first 24 hours we request you to kindly review your order before placing it
A monetary refund cannot be issued of a cancelled product against the money you can receive a store credit. This is because small growing company we incur third party charges for every transaction as a result we are unable to offer monetary refunds
If you insist on a monetary refund we can provide a refund after processing a 5-7 percent service charge
A 5 percent service charge will be incurred for a product below ₹10000
And a 7 percent service charge will be incurred for products above ₹10000
You can expect the refunded amount in your account in 21 business days.
INCASE OF A DAMAGED or OPEN PACKAGING
If you receive a shipment that seems tampered, damaged or opened - please do not accept that shipment. Take a photo/ video of the shipment and get in touch with our customer care team at support@littleangelsclothing.in

This will help us to ensure that any discrepancies that may arise can be addressed and resolved efficiently.
